09-15-04 Notice--Destination
changed to the remote, road-less McCormick Tract Wilderness Area north
of Champion, Michigan in Marquette and Baraga Counties. Route involves
river fording as well as rugged, steep, rocky, off-trail travel to remote
waterfalls, high peaks, and old growth. This territory is pristine and
home to the moose and wolf.
